I see all adults age 18 and up with specialty training in women's mental health care, perinatal & reproductive psychiatry.

My approach is centered around personalized care.

It starts with taking the time to listen and really hear what you have to say.

We will work together as collaborative partners because I value your point of view, life experience, interests, priorities, and limitations. I will provide recommendations for treatment with all available options careful considered.

Then we will discuss  your options for treatment and create a personalized plan because there is no one size fits all when it comes to mental health.

Supportive psychotherapy and psychoeducation are provided as an important part of your treatment, but my primary practice focus is medication management, because mental health problems are no different than medical problems and the right medication can make a significant difference in your quality of life.

Many of the major insurance plans are accepted. If we do not accept your insurance, but have out-of-network benefits - we can provide necessary documents to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We also accept private payments.
